About Medallion Toolworks
Medallion Toolworks is a small custom sawmaker located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. As a one person operation, my emphasis is on quality and craftsmanship over mass production. Unlike some productions saws on the market today, I focus on combining the quality of modern materials with hand-craftsmanship over high volume. Every saw is individually made from the finest Swedish spring steel, quality brass and beautiful hardwoods.
Each saw is custom made when ordered and no inventory is carried. From time to time, I do have extra saws available for immediate shipping. Please ask! Otherwise, the typical time from order placement to delivery is about 10 weeks.
Since woodworkers as far as Europe and Australia have ordered our saws, they are shipped in the most economical and quickest method possible or by a service requested by the purchaser. The purchaser will be notified of the cost of shipping prior to shipping for approval. I take great care to package the saws so they will arrive at their destination safely.
Several payment options are available. Please ask about them at time of enquiry or order.
Every saw is unconditionally guaranteed for 1 year. If you are not happy with the saw for any reason please return it for a full refund less shipping.
All parts and materials have a life time guarantee. If any of these fail within the life time of the original purchaser, it will be repaired or replaced at the original purchaser's option.
